In House Event
Whether your hiring AVEX direct or through one of our partner venues, you will receive the same exemplary service and award winning technical production results every time. Pictured here is an annual marketing conference. AVEX handled all phases of the production including scenic design, talent management, lighting design, audio editing, video editing and all technical production onsite.

Immersive Design
Working closely with the internal producer, we designed a budget conscious lighting and video design to wow attendees and keep them engaged throughout the conference. We designed a modular screen surround to give a clean crisp stage look that supported the clients existing brand.

Partnership
Partner company, Event Lab, designed custom 3D letters and worked with AVEX to place them securely onstage and provide lighting looks throughout the conference.

Custom Gobo
Back to the basics. Show here is a custom glass Gobo shining on the ground to mark the entrance of the general session room. Attendees always knew what conference they were attending.

Lighting towers
Upright truss towers were used to rig lighting for a ceiling effect. Intelligent lighting fixtures were used to project color and shapes onto the ceiling to envelop the attendee in the experience.

Scenic Design

Rigging
AVEX handles rigging for its partner properties, taking the liability, as well as the stress out of their hands. We work with incoming groups to determine their needs and ensure everything is done safely.

Front of House

Audio Engineer
A look at audio engineers station managing wireless mics and crew communications. In a crowded wireless environment, it’s important to actively manage the radio signals being used in the room. When AVEX works in house, we make sure we scan for clean radio channels for every show, minimizing the change for a microphone dropout.

Video Land
For an event this size, we make sure to put the largest and oftentimes nosiest department back behind the stage and out of sight. This gives the client a place to duck “behind the curtain” to work with presenters, update PowerPoints, and view video clips in a secluded environment.

Backstage
View of the presenters walk when entering the general session room. All entrances and exits are always safely managed and marked appropriately. We always work closely with banquet staff to ensure production doesn’t interfere with hotel operations.
