AVEX was tasked to provide full Live Event Production services for an annual Healthcare industry conference. AVEX worked with client to maintain a cohesive design that aligned with the brand of the organization. We also managed all pre-production, show flow creation, creative asset acquisition, Voice overs, and coordinated with partner vendors to provide a seamless event from start to finish.
