AVEX produced an annual corporate event, working hand in hand with the company’s creative director, facilitating all video, PowerPoint, and scenic creative design. Shown here is an image of the backdrop and four large projection screens.
AVEX provided multiple stage hands and a stage manager to handle talent, furniture movement, and other miscellaneous duties throughout the conference.
Creative Design and Management
Our Executive Director, Technical Director and Producer all worked very closely together to ensure the company’s message was heard clearly and effectively. This event runs seamlessly like a television show. Nothing can be missed, perfection is a baseline expectation.
AVEX provided the largest possible screens for the application as requested by the client. Pictured here are our 12’X21’ tall screens showing content on the inbound, and our 9’X16’ screens displaying IMAG (Image magnification) on the outbound. Special consideration needed to be made when designing content to ensure that no important information would be lost due to the low hanging inbound screens.
Modular panels served as a flexible backdrop and screen surround. They also fit well with the company’s “windmill” work.
Room with a view
AVEX projected GoBo lighting patterns throughout the room that moved and changed color, shape, and size to keep things fresh and interesting throughout the general sessions.
AVEX provided all crew positions including camera operators, graphics, multiple audio engineers, multiple video engineers, technical director, producer, executive director as well as all setup stagehands.
