In addition, double sided TVs were rigged all along the tent so that everyone could see sponsor messaging and IMAG onstage at all times. Overall the event was a massive undertaking because of the nature of tent rigging. We had to think creatively to solve spacial requirement issues, proper distribution of rigging weight, and production of the live event its’ self.
